1.
Droves 00:46
Release me from this stigma Absorb me into droves of gray Absolve me from this freedom that only offers self-hate Give me sanctuary in your empty words and trivial dreams The truth buries itself as I crumble beneath it
2.
Gravity 02:09
We struggle against fate to change Shards of shattered oaths dig into our bare souls The gravity of loss and spite weigh down our stone hearts The past still haunts, the past still hurts Fate struggles against us to change The future will never be the same
3.
I am the staggering pulse of a scoundrel's heart Wading in the will of others Swimming in their seas of their doubt I am malcontent making a mockery of your certainty I taste this sour freedom on my lips And I feel its weight upon my shoulders I've come to cast out the hope behind your eyes And render my scars unto you I am the scorcher
4.
Charring through old photographs of contempt Hopelessness never looked so crystal clear What you owe me can never be paid in full The more you try to wipe away your debts The more they smear I've found my niche in the art of deception Swarms flock to my untruths for solace I watch you collapse into the warmth of my lies As I hold you tight, my precious guilt siphon I know the pain, the pain of solitary unrest I've known pain, and I've much of it to share I'd like to share it all with you
5.
Scum 01:45
Face what you are And what you have yielded A daughter named cover-up For the failure you conceived Take a good, hard look at what you are A failure of your own conception You are this bastard's father
6.
I've bided time and I've learned What it means to be in pain I think it's time you've learned as well You don't need help when you have chosen to help yourself I've got nothing to lose but the weight of scars Woven by heartache and wavering will Your head on the floor to let them know; I've settled the score A worn heart fastened to her door To show her what it all was for

about

We've been working on this thing for like over a year now; jobs and lack of motivation suck for making music. It's a mess since we don't really want to stick to one particular sound at the moment, but we like it and we hope you do too.

Kenny wrote all the lyrics, Amygdala wrote all the music and recorded and mixed it (unfortunately), Jake made the album art.
